RENTAL RATES
NO PEAK RATE SURCHARGES
All quoted rates are for the villa rental, NOT per person, and are inclusive of all taxes, and Maid Service to clean the property on your departure.
Pool heating is available if required during the cooler times at a reasonable surcharge.
A small security deposit will be added to the final payment. This will be refunded in full, providing that the key has been returned, and no damages or misuse have been reported to us.

LATE AVAILABILITY RATE
If you intend to travel within 6 weeks of making your booking, and we have availability for your chosen dates, a 10% discount will be applied to the above rates.
