THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The picture shown does not convey the true size of the kitchen and breakfast/dining area which covers 220 square feet of floor space.
It is also very spacious with a vaulted cathedral ceiling and full air conditioning.
Furnishings include a glass topped table with chairs located in the front bay together with a full sized American refrigerator, large American cooking range and oven, coffee percolator, kettle, teapot, dishwasher and microwave.
All cutlery and crockery are provided.
Laundry facilities are located in the adjoining garage reached via an integral door adjacent to the kitchen.
